Eeveelution- Techneon

Okay, number 2 of my eeveelution fakemon!
Bam. Steel Type eeveelution fakemon. I dunno... I ended up making it cyborg-ish...? or maybe it's just some armor. :3 This one was actually plain until I decided to add to it and thus appeared Techneon! Techneon... lmfao... I can't make up names for the life of me. Kill me please! X.X And... I think this looks more eevee-ish than Aerieleon does...

Eevee (hold) Upgrade + level up
Ability: Sturdy/Trace/Light Metal (PDW)

Flavor Text:
After an abnormal reaction to technology, an Eevee is capable of evolving into a Techneon. Many of the fine hairs on Techneon's body has transformed into a thin plate-like alloy armor. Despite it's looks, Techneon is agile and it's platinum armor makes it resilient against attacks. It has a peculiar ability allowing it to read technological programs as well as understand them.
Side note: A techno-freak's best friend, if I do say so myself. :3
